KINOE held a glittering Gala Fund Raising Evening in May 2018 with the generous support of Reed Smith. An Indian-themed fundraising Gala was held at the stunning Reed Smith London venue, featuring Indian dancers performing in Kathak style, and a sumptuous Indian inspired buffet. We were lucky enough to have two representatives from Akanksha join us, who shared with us an update on the fantastic progress the Akanksha Foundation is making, and success stories of children and alumni they have impacted.

There was a fantastic turnout of supporters who were immensely generous, particularly with the hugely successful silent auction and fantastic raffle. We ran a competitive and hotly contested general knowledge quiz.

Net proceeds from the evening are in support of the Akanksha Foundation.
