6-year-old Jayanti lives at the ABC Centre in Kathmandu and as a grade 1 student, is excelling in all subjects.
Jayanti’s mother was trafficked and rescued by ABC Nepal. They provided support and care and helped her to reintegrate into her family. Sadly however, she suffers from social discrimination and her poverty means that she struggles to support her daughter. As Jayanti’s mother came to know and trust ABC, they agreed to take care of Jayanti and support her through her education.
